1.) Transfer payment. You may transfer part or full payment via internet, ATM, PayPal or drop in cash or cheque to our bank accounts.

2.) Process bookings. If all components are confirmed, your travel document will be issued and email to you.

3.) Print out. You are readily on your way to your trip.

"You need not have to visit us in our office!"... Since this practice has been introduced, it has been popular among our repeat and referred customers and we are keen to try out how this may also benefit you and liked by you...

1.) Upon intending to make reservation, you may forward us the required deposit via:-

  • Option A (if you are in Singapore) 

(a)

 

By transferring to our current bank accounts with DBS or UOB via ATM or internet.  Do note that our ability to access to verify your transfer within an hour is only possible if you transfer from your DBS or POSB to our DBS current account or/and your UOB or OUB to our UOB current account.  Otherwise, the process will take up to 2 or 3 working days for us to verify. 

  

(b)

By cash or cheque deposit direct to our current bank accounts with DBS or UOB.  Do note that cheque deposit will take up to 2 or 3 working days for us to verify clearance. 
  

(c) 

By using your credit card via PayPal in our website.  Do note the 3.4% of bank charges and S$0.50 admin fee by PayPal is applicable.  Note that the process will take up to 05 working days.  Do note in the case of refund, HolidayBagus will not be able to refund the bank charges and the admin fee by PayPal.

Upon receiving of your full payment or at least 50% deposits, we will proceed with reservations with our respective suppliers, being the land or ferry operators or airlines, tour operators, hotels or resorts and etc.  On receiving confirmations, we will than proceed to issue the necessary travel documents such as the coach or ferry or air-ticket, accommodation and tour vouchers.  Click here for the form for passport details.


In any case if your choices of transportation or accommodations are not available, our colleague will come back to you to offer more alternatives (with or without price difference).  Do note that you reserve the right to reject these alternatives (other than your original choices) and seek refund instead.  However, do note that your refund amount will not include the bank charges, exchange rate difference and/or any other amount not received by HolidayBagus Travel Services Pte Ltd. 


3.) Upon securing confirmations and issuance of all travel documents, you may choose to make the balance payment via the two options above and get our assisting colleagues to mail you the travel documents. (within Singapore Island only)
